This cherished art was created by mother and daughter.
Lana is an artist who owns a studio/Gallery in Saint John NB. Valerie lives at the Loch Lomond Villa And will be 90 years old in September 2024.
It was a collaborative effort, with Lana drawing the figures and Valerie then painting to completion.
Val had 6 children., Lana being the youngest. As she painted she shared stories of bygone snow days.
She said “ It was snowing bad that day” which became the title of the beloved piece.
A portion of each print sold will be donated to The Boys And Girls Club where Val was a member of the Mother’s auxiliary. ❤️
Thank you
*each print sold comes with this writeup about the piece”
